Do you like people? Do you like imagining the layout of their living environment with them? Do you like to look after every last detail, to make sure your customer is a happy customer? Do you have the soul of a trader?

If yes, then start your Raison Home franchise business and become a Home Designer

Do you have a passion for people?

At Raison Home, it all starts there.

Working in a showroom means receiving the customer in an impersonal commercial area, establishing contact, understanding the customer’s needs based on their reactions to the models on display and designing the project accordingly.

To work with the customer means being received in the privacy of their home, being able to see and soak up their tastes and objectives, creating a personal connection made up of listening and sharing, and imagining the unique tailor-made project together.

To establish such a trust, you must really “love people”.

Do you like to imagine?

At Raison Home, there is no showroom and therefore no models. Each customer is by definition unique and their project will be too. This is why we start with a blank sheet of paper.
As a Home Designer, you start by taking an interest in the people, the family, their organisation, what they like and dislike, their issues, their needs, their desires.

From there, you start imagining all the aspects of the project together. The customer is the actor; you are the director. You propose a framework to help them progress and make each decision:

  • Layout of the room
  • Positioning of each element according to use and ergonomics
  • Choice of materials and colours
  • Appliances  needs

Step by step, your customer designs their project and is reassured by your expertise and benevolent support as professional Home Designer

Do you like directing?

Firstly, it is necessary that the project is feasible. You will own the technical background necessary to explain to your client the risks and advantages of each choice, to tell them why such an idea is dangerous and to suggest alternative solutions when needed.

Then, you have to carry out the project.

Helping the client to make the right decisions for the ancillary works: the floor, the walls, the lighting, etc.

And above all, coordinate the project with all the stakeholders to make sure the project is successfully completed to the customers expectations. Experience shows that it is not enough to send the plans to the different service providers so that they have the same understanding. You will ensure that at least one site meeting takes place, to check that the project is technically compliant and that the installer has everything to ensure a complete and correct installation.

You will follow the project all the way through to the final acceptance of the project. As a true Home Designer.

Your goal: a 101% satisfied customer who will recommend you to their relations and will call on you for the next projects. .
