First Contact

Fill out our form or contact us directly by phone or email. We can then have an initial call about your interest and provide you with a franchise prospectus.

Video Discovery

We meet via video call, so that we can get to know each other better and ask plenty of questions about how the business works from the costs involved, our amazing supplier relationships and how we train and support you to succeed.

Meeting Day

Hopefully, if the video discovery call went well, it’s the right time to confirm that we’re a good fit for each other. You’ll need to feel confident that we’ll deliver on everything we say we will, and we’ll need to know that our brand will be in safe hands.

Validation

You like us, we like you and your territory is available! It’s time to explore the franchise agreement, the financials, the marketing, the training, setting up your company – it’s an exciting time, but we’ll take our time until you’re happy you understand each aspect.

Franchise Agreement Signed,

Now that all elements have been agreed with both parties, we finalise the agreement and ask you to sign it. This confirms you as part of the network and the start of your personalised support plan. Welcome aboard!

Initial Training

Welcome to your first day as a Home Designer, our initial training course is designed to give you everything you need to launch your new business with a bang and build it for long-term growth and success.
