A team of experts will train you in all aspects of your future business during an initial training course adapted to your profile (job / in professional retraining / investor-manager).

Between 6 to 7 weeks of initial training both at Raison Home UK head office and remotely online :

  • The various areas covered during the training:
    • Supplier product training, supplier factory visit
    • Sales Methods
    • Master plan of the project, layout, ergonomics
    • 3D design software, business management software, virtual reality software and headset
    • Entrepreneurship, management, insurances
    • Operational communication, digital communication
    • Prospecting, the pitch
    • Customer delight, recommendations

 

  • A network that is formed is a network that performs“, the Raison Home training school accompanies you in an initial training course leading to  ensuring a successful launch. They  continue your skills development via training catalogues and e-learning courses
Network Developer
  • For the  start of your activity, the field support is reinforced with a field coordinator dedicated to your launch and business experts available according to your needs.
  • A network developer accompanies you from the launch of your company in order to help you to be ever more efficient, to analyse your activity and to answer your questions on a daily basis (business, sales, management, organisation).
  • Each year, you will benefit from visits from your network developer, quarterly regional meetings and an annual convention with the entire network.
  • All members of the network benefit from an internal instant messaging system that allows them to benefit from the collective intelligence and experience of all franchisees at any time.
  • Many events are organised within the network to boost the life of the franchise: an annual convention, regional meetings and progress groups.
Suppliers Team
  • The supplier team offers and trains you in the widest range of home furnishing products on the market.
  • The franchise takes care of the referencing of suppliers. Around fifteen UK and European partners are currently referenced by the franchise. This allows franchisees to cover all of their customers’ needs.
  • Suppliers provide you with: 
    • Quality products and after-sales service
    • Sales support tools (briefcases, samples)
    • Advantageous pricing conditions 
    • Precise positioning in our range and our sales pitch

Marketing & Communication
  • The franchise provides a launch kit consisting of personalised flyers, business cards, construction site signs, vehicle branding, a dedicated page on the website, goodies… 
  • We support franchisees in the development of their local communication plan. In addition, the team ensures actions to promote the brand at the national level.
  • Our franchisees benefit from a personalised page to highlight their activity and their achievements. A true showcase of our know-how, it is the essential complement to your local advertising campaigns and generates potential customers.

Our marketing and communication team works on a daily basis to constantly increase traffic on the various sites. We are supported by agencies specialised in web marketing and digital solutions to always be at the forefront of innovations.

IT Departement
  • Our IT department carries out all the configuration and provides the software necessary for your activity as a Home Designer.
  • CRM: This software is perfectly suited to our concept. It aims to make you more efficient and encompasses all the know-how of our franchisees :
    • Management of leads, customers and suppliers
    • Creation of quotes, orders, invoices along with supplier Po’s, technical plans, installation files, transport files, Delivery files
    • Activity management dashboards
    • Design Assistance program (create multiple layouts easily)
    • Know and define your margin 
  • Design Software: This software allows you to design your client’s kitchen/wardrobe/storage/bathroom step by step. You will be able to trace the walls, doors and windows, indicate the water and electricity supplies and then look for the furniture and models chosen by your customer to place them one by one. You will be able to have a high-resolution 3D rendering during the progress of your project, a costing, a detailed plan and also a full design in virtual reality
  • Virtual reality headset(s): Our customers are immersed in their future room thanks to virtual reality. A unique experience that they can enjoy with their family and friends at home!
Accounting Department
  • The accounting team ensures the follow-up and supports the franchisees in terms of administrative and financial management.
  • Support for the creation of your company, at all stages related to your launch
