I’ve lived in and around Solihull my entire life. Originally, I thought I\u2019d end up working in IT, as I\u2019ve always had a passion for computers and technology. But it was in my first full-time job selling beds that I discovered my true calling: helping people achieve their goals and solving problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Since then, I\u2019ve spent most of my career in the KBB (Kitchen, Bedroom, and Bathroom) industry. I genuinely enjoy helping people find solutions while also supporting business development and growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What do you do on a daily basis for Raison Home?<\/strong> In addition to this, I liaise with our international marketing team to make sure our franchisees have access to high-quality, relevant content. I lead training and coaching sessions across the UK franchise network and take responsibility for training all new starters. As Head of Business and Partnerships for the UK, my role is broad and hands-on. I work closely with the international recruitment team to support franchise
candidates throughout the onboarding process, ensuring they feel confident and informed every step of the way. I also provide ongoing support to our UK Home Designer network, helping with everything from technical queries to design and styling advice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
