On 22nd February , the Raison Home UK franchise team and franchisees met to draw lessons from 2022 and align our 2023 objectives and action plan.

2022 was a historic year for Raison Home UK

 

  • The first full year in franchising
  • 5 Franchisees at the end of year 1
  • The network turnover increased by 176% between the first ½ of 2022 and the second ½, which demonstrates that all franchisees are successfully launching and growing their franchise.
  • The entire network has generated more than 600 sales opportunities, which confirms that the ‘at home’ customer experience is of interest to consumers and that our prospecting and communication strategies are working
  • The conversion rate of contacts into sales has also made strong progress over the year, demonstrating the growing mastery of our franchisees.
  • Finally, our average basket is also on the rise. Our customers value our unique offer of local, tailor-made and totally personalised service, from the comfort of their own home.

 

In summary, all the key indicators are green and we have an excellent basis to continue in 2023.

Raison Home UK network

The objectives are clear:

  • Almost Triple The number of franchisees
  • Successfully launch the multi-seller franchise model – starting the franchise with several Home Designers
  • Increase our turnover by 290%
  • Continue to advance our “lead machine” to offer ever more qualified sales opportunities to our franchisees.

 

To do this, the Raison Home franchise will focus its work on the following priorities:

 

Make life easier for our franchisees:

  • Improve and complete the work tools to save time and efficiency
  • Optimise operating processes to create better organisation

 

Growing the businesses of our franchisees:

  • Multiply sales opportunities by strengthening our product offering for all rooms of the house and by continuing ongoing training in home design
  • Propose new tools allowing to improve profitability operations
  • Develop a sponsorship strategy to do even more to advance recommendations

 

Enriching Raison Home’s unique customer experience:

  • Change to a new generation of 3D drawing software offering unprecedented possibilities of co-design with the customer
  • Enrichment of co-design through all stages collaboration with the customer
  • Development of our virtual reality application to generate a single emotion by immersing the customer in their new layout in the room where it will be installed

 

The differentiating experience proposal of Raison Home has demonstrated that it has its place in the UK market. 2023 will confirm Raison Home in its status as leader and benchmark in the home sales segment.
